Every lot accounted for, dock to delivery.

A warehouse system built for the shift lead first: scanner-driven receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counts, and shipping — with the release-status controls and traceability regulated shops need built into the same flow.

Why a warehouse layer

The shift lead knows what is in the building.

Receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counts, shipping, returns — one system that lines up with the pallets on the shelf. No Friday reconciliation between the count you have, the count production expects, and the count the office is looking at.

Dock to delivery

A cleaner day on the floor.

Follow the flow the way the warehouse actually runs it: receive a shipment, put it away, pick against a job, cycle-count, ship it out.

  1. 1
    Receive at the dock
The delivery is checked in against the order. LOT-01042 is created in quarantine at DOCK-01.
  2. 2
    QA releases
One signature flips the lot from quarantine to released. Until then it cannot be picked or dispensed.
  3. 3
    Pick by FEFO
Issue stock and the system offers lots first-expiry-first-out. A held lot is never offered.
  4. 4
    Dispatch under GDP
Released lots only, to a qualified consignee only. The CoA and the cold-chain range ride on the order.
  5. 5
    Proof of delivery
POD closes the custody chain, and the ledger ties out without a reconciliation meeting.
What changes

Make every warehouse decision easier.

Stock ledger

A count you can trust before the recount.

One live on-hand number the whole team shares — receiving, production, shipping, the office. With enough history to explain any adjustment without a whiteboard meeting.

Handheld first

A scanner-driven workflow that keeps up with the shift.

Receiving, put-away, picking, cycle counts, and shipping all run from the handheld. Fewer clicks, less training, and a workflow that keeps working when the wireless drops.

Traceability

Every lot accounted for, dock to delivery.

Every movement writes itself to an append-only ledger. Trace a suspect lot to every batch and every shipment it touched — the recall drill takes minutes, not a week of Excel.

  • A place for every lot

Hierarchical locations for zones, aisles, racks, and bins. Find the right lot quickly and see how it got where it is without asking the whole floor.

  • Receive against the PO

Scan the pallet, match it to the purchase order, and put it away — with over- and short-quantity handled at the dock instead of by e-mail an hour later.

  • Put-away that suggests, not scolds

Suggested bins based on the material’s rules — temperature, hazard class, velocity — with the picker able to override for the reality on the floor.

  • First expiry, first out

FEFO baked in, so expiry waste and picking mistakes stop depending on which picker happens to be working that shift.

  • Cycle counts that clear themselves

ABC-scheduled counts land on the handheld, discrepancies open with the history of the bin already attached, and the ledger updates without a spreadsheet import.

  • Kitting and pick lists for the shift

Stage a batch’s materials against the production order in one pick list. The floor sees exactly what to pull and where it goes.

  • Shipping that closes the loop

Pick, pack, generate the label, hand it to the carrier. The chain of custody, temperature record, and required documents ride with the shipment.

  • Cold chain without heroics

Protect product integrity in transit and make excursions visible before acceptance — not after a customer raises the issue.

  • Returns come back through the gate

A return re-enters the ledger under quarantine, keeps its history, and is handled once — not shuffled through inboxes.

  • Lot numbers in your format

Shape lot ids to your convention — source, date, sequence — previewed live as you type, and per material where one line needs its own scheme.

  • Release status the rules enforce

Quarantined material is not offered for picking. Rejected material cannot ship. The stockroom does not have to remember; the shelf does.

  • The units convert once, correctly

Kg to lb, L to mL, each to dozen — one consistent conversion behind production, receiving, and the stock count. A mismatched unit gets flagged for a decision instead of silently going wrong.

Composes with the suite

The stockroom does not run alone.

Reflux

Production issues a batch and Orbit stages the exact materials against it. Finished goods return to inventory without another handoff.

Vapor LIMS

Sampling for QC pulls from the same lot Orbit knows about. The right certificate follows the shipment on dispatch.

Fluid QMS

A shipping event, a receiving discrepancy, or a customer complaint reaches quality with the lot and shipment history already attached.
