DLBD Suite

One operation. One platform.

The Suite is DLBD Technologies’ fully-integrated bundle for co-manufacturers and vertically integrated brands. Raw material at the dock, tested in the lab, dispensed on the floor, released by quality, shipped to a qualified consignee — every record on the same platform, every signature on the same audit trail.

Who the Suite is for

When the work does not respect the departmental boundary.

A brand that owns its own manufacturing does not want five vendors reconciling five versions of a lot. A co-manufacturer selling into regulated brands does not want to explain to every new client which system holds which record. The Suite is one system, one record.

Co-manufacturers

CDMOs, contract packagers, private-label makers — teams whose auditors show up on someone else’s behalf and expect the whole story in one place.

Vertically integrated brands

A brand that manufactures its own product, tests it in its own lab, and ships it to its own customers — from receiving through invoice on one platform.

Multi-site operations

Sites that need the same controls without five different implementations. Every site runs on the same platform, so a second site inherits the first site’s work.

One flow, one platform

The record follows the material, dock to invoice.

Every step below is a real handoff between DLBD products — no integration project, no double entry.

  1. 1
    Receiving

Orbit takes the shipment in, quarantines the lot until quality releases it, and confirms the incoming certificate matches what was ordered.

  2. 2
    Lab release

Vapor pulls a sample from the received lot, runs the tests the spec calls for, and marks the lot released or quarantined.

  3. 3
    Production

Reflux issues the batch record from the currently approved process, blocks any step whose operator’s training has lapsed, and captures every dispense against the released lot.

  4. 4
    Quality

Fluid picks up batch exceptions with the batch context already attached — no re-entry, no lost detail.

  5. 5
    Dispatch

Orbit ships the released lot to a qualified consignee, with the certificate, chain of custody, and cold-chain evidence traveling with it.

  6. 6
    Back office

Coming with the 2027 administrative add-ons: the invoice, the vendor bill against the received lot, and the period close all connected to the batch and the lot they belong to.

Why one platform matters

The second product costs almost nothing to trust.

Every DLBD product uses the same sign-in, the same audit trail, the same signing controls, the same approval logic, and the same per-organization isolation. Every customer also gets Nucleus (the compliance core) and Covalent (the migration engine) at no extra charge. That means the security review, the validation pack, the SOP for how a record is approved, and the plan for how your data gets in all cover the whole Suite. Buying the second product is a configuration change, not a second implementation.
