DLBD Technologies is a software company for regulated industries. We build the lab, manufacturing, and administrative systems those operations run on — and we build them so the compliance controls live in the workflow, not on your team’s shoulders.
What DLBD Technologies is
A software company, not a product.
DLBD Technologies makes software solutions for regulated industries. Two lines of business run under one roof: a set of standalone products a team can adopt one at a time, and a fully integrated Suite for co-manufacturers and vertically integrated brands who want raw-material receipt to finished-goods invoicing on one platform. Every product we ship is built on the same shared compliance controls, so the second product a customer adopts costs almost nothing to trust.
Why we exist
The software was working against the people using it.
I spent years watching lab and manufacturing teams work around the very software meant to help them. Expensive platforms became expensive configuration projects. We could afford the software, but not what it took to make it functional. I was tired of seeing people late for their kids’ soccer games because closing out paperwork took an extra hour. I was sick of finding out, the night before an audit, that the tech who ran a test had been a week overdue on training.
When I set out to build my first lab, I took a different approach: do not build the process first and then add controls. Build the process from the controls. Make the right path easy and the wrong path unavailable. That idea started on paper. The result was a self-enforcing QMS. It became the foundation for DLBD Nucleus — the compliance core beneath every product we ship.
DLBD Technologies exists because there is a level of regulated software the market was not building: as usable as a consumer app, as trustworthy as a Part 11 audit trail, and priced so a hundred-person operation is not choosing between the tool and the payroll to run it.
